If your shoes have been resoled before by someone else, please check with us before posting as we may not be able to do them.

I appreciate you sending your shoes to me and I will do the best I can to return them to you in a timely manner.

Please note that your resoles are handcrafted, this is a process that takes time.

Please when sending me your shoes, make sure you put your name and phone number with them.

I won't start resoling the shoes if they have no contact details with them.

Disclaimer – I take full responsibility of your shoes when they are in my possession (i.e. from the moment they arrive at my workshop til they leave). If for some reason they go missing before we receive them, or after we have sent them back (i.e. lost in post) then the responsibility lies with the customer and the postal service. If your shoes go missing, we will not pay for replacement shoes sorry.
